Stay away from smoking and coffee and don’t allow your guard up when taking any medications. These could also make your body more prone to inflammation.

Protect against illness or disease

While it’s important to protect against all types of illness, it’s also important to protect against particular diseases. There are many successful lifestyle changes that can decrease the risk of illness, but there are also a few vitamins that can help. For example, a healthy diet includes fresh vegetables, fruits, and protein rich in vitamins C and E. Obesity is a major risk factor for many chronic diseases, but it’s also one of the easiest ways to protect yourself from these conditions.
