Travel without overthinking or worrying about finances.
Traveling with a large group often has financial implications. You may have to pull money out of your savings or draw out your credit cards to survive. But travel solo is a much more stressful and expensive way to go. If you have to get back to your bank account before the journey is over, or you have to borrow money from anyone — even a stranger — you may find it more manageable to do so alone. You may be able to borrow a little bit from your travel partner or from other travelers in your group. But if you have no other options, you’re probably going to have to save a little bit for the trip.
Travel with someone you can trust, who you can also travel with confidence in
Traveling solo can be a lonely experience. You may have to take many breaks from your travel partner or from the team you’re with. Or you may have to take breaks from friends or family members you love. But traveling without a partner or any significant other is not the same type of travel as traveling with a group. You will be traveling as an individual. You will be traveling with yourself. Traveling with close friends or family members can be better than traveling with strangers. But traveling solo, no matter how you choose to do it, it’s not the same as traveling with a group. You’re probably going to have a lot more individual experiences because you won’t be traveling with anyone but you.
