Virtualization: Caring about your data and how you care about it

When it comes to virtualization, the adoption of containers and hybrid clouds is one industry leader. In this highly scalable, hyper-converged infrastructure model, multiple clouds reside on a single server. You can choose between Amazon Web Services or Microsoft’s Azure. Amazon Web Services is more expensive and comes with restrictions, while Azure is free and scalable and offers a wide range of services. The only downside to hybrid clouds is that you can’t choose between them. You have to choose between a cloud and a data center.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analysis

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly important in the wake of huge data breaches such as the 2016 breach of Facebook’s data systems. In this instance, data scientists at Google were able to identify and delete accounts without a humanoverriding their AI system. AI can also be used to enhance the security of sensitive data, such as by scanning your computer for malware and identifying key pieces of malicious code.
